Sorry to disappoint you, but it's not 5 min to Patpong...make it 10, and not opposite Patpong, but few meters from Sathorn....
It's in a cul de sac between Silom and Sathorn, very quite area, with plenty of ice crea/coffee shops....

have not been there before, only at Silom Serene once. So 5 min was an estimate...
Well you have to cross the road from Patpong to get into Soi3, so that's why I sais 'opposite'
You are very exact, are you an PhD engineering?
Anyway they have cancelled one of my friends bookings, so will not stay there...

Just wondering if anyone has stayed here, place looks really nice, location, well not too familiar with the Sathorn/Silom area but look close to all the action.
Little pricey but has all your creature comforts.
Can get monthly rate cheaper elaewhere, than what their website is offering.
Any comments much appreciated.

Nope, to be correct, the former Tower Inn became the UNICO SILOM, here we are talking about the UNICO SATHORN, a brand new property....and from a travel agent point of view, thumbs up!

yes thats correct Carnote, looks like a great place, not exactly cheap, but somewhat justifiable considering the inclusions and location.
