I think if you have spent at least a little time assessing what the lady is going to be like for FS or whatever and you go for the agreed price, then, in honour, whether she is absolutely great or a dead loss, one has to pay up the full amount.
If she exceeds your expectations, you may choose to tip her, much to the annoyance of some brothers here. But that is entirely up to you.
What I feel you can not and should not do, is go back on your word.
A gentleman's word is his bond.
And maybe some of you care not to consider yourselves gentlemen, but there is honour among mongers and others who appreciate the feminine attributes of the fairer sex.
If the lady turns out to be not what you expected, it should just prompt you to make a better assessemnt the next time an opportunity comes up, like in five minutes....................
As for the guys who live and work here and shut up their tailor and gem shops at 10 or 11 p.m. and head for the oilies, go for the basic massage and then opt for FS or Bj or HJ and then go without paying a dime, cheating on the girl, I call that theft.

I've lived in Bkk. for 15 years, and have experienced most aspects of the nightlife. The oilys have been my most recent area of exploration. I like them more as the gogo bars get less of my money.

The term FS is really just a euphemism for a FJ, and does not necessarily include other things unless agreed to in advance.
However, I doubt any would refuse DATY (she can just lay there like a dead corpse).
But if she did give you a rimming, would you really want DFK?

May I respond late... if the lady asks if you want FS and you agree and agree the price as well, then she should respond with reasonable service. If after starting the FS portion, she imitates a starfish, asking her if something is wrong is quite reasonable as well. If you continue and she still doesn't get into it, climb off and give her the tip for a HJ- Maximum! Most girls, when you climb off after asking if there is a problem, suddenly realize the paycheck is going to be alot thinner than previously expected. Even if they complain, I find that telling them they were not very enthusiastic results in them saying they want another chance or just shrugging their shoulders and accepting what is given.
If you want extra extras, it should be discussed prior and if agreed should be delivered. Anything agreed and not delivered on either side is not right IMO.

I have found a great way to solve this..... 
I now always ask for Body Massage + BJ @ 1000thb.
if the Girl is good, and when I figure she sucked me long enough, I will upgrade to FS (for an extra 500).
