1) yes if she has "pleased" you and you had a good time
2) invite another lady over and or stop buying her drinks
3) I have never taken a lady out for dinner or to get anything to eat after bar fining them - thats like going to a massage parlour and actually wanting a massage - I just want to get on with what I came for

back in the day, before I met mrs atl and was a monger...it was my MO to bar fine a chick and take her to get drinks, dinner, play pool, have drinks etc at a different place before heading to shag....
but then again, I was always a beer bar kinda guy, where you can chat with them and get to know if our personality's clicked...
and when you are in a gogo, it is hit or miss, if they will be cool...and IMO spending a few more hundred baht finding that out is more important than picking a stunner from a gogo and she turns out to be a clock watching starfish.....
Of course, after the BF then you are stuck...but it helped in the realm of GIK in the future...of course this was when I was a local....and most chicks I bar fined then ended up being a GIK of some sort.....

I would never BF a girl these days unless I expressly felt that she would be cool to hang out with a bit and, depending on the hour, go play pool, eat something, whatever, before I took her home for a shag. This doesn't mean we necessarily will digress, but I want to at least have that feeling that everything is possible.
I remember when I was new to BKK, I BF'ed an absolute stunner at one of the go go's at NEP (lower level, to the right). She seemed surprised when I suggested we go get something to eat, and doubly surprised when I wanted to eat Thai. But the worst sign was the fact that she herself wasn't interested in eating or drinking (beware of TGs who don't like to eat and drink), and just sat there in silence over her coke. She was equally inactive and dull in bed. And I remember she was three times surprised when I wanted to eat her too.  Not that it did any good, mind you. An ultra starfish.
In retrospect, I should I have sent her home after dinner and gone to find myself some new dessert elsewhere. But of course BF's were cheaper back then and the dollar was stronger.

Was in NEP last night. Some bars were busy and some were really quiet. In Lollipop, they had already started the Songkran Barfine rate of 1,000 B. ST = 1,500 B; LT = 3,000 B. Whilst for Rainbow 1, BF = 600 B (today onwards 1,000 B until the 15th of 16th) ; ST = 2,000 B; LT = 4,000 B. In the end I finally barfined a waitress from Afterskool who had been waiting for me to take her out for over 10 years!

I am with ya bro....a chick of lesser ranking in the looks department (not much, but say go from a 10 to a 7.5 or 8) that is a 10 in the cool department and you click with...is always the waaay better choice in my book.....
Nowadays when I go back, I normally end up hanging out with a chick friend of a local buddy's GF or a freelancer I meet and hit it off with or something like that (in the week and half or so mrs atl is in her hometown and I have a hallpass, come on dont judge me LOL!)
I never have "wank bank" memories of stunners that watch the clock and just want to get another BF before the night ends....in fact since moving back, I have never even bothered on my annual trips back with one of those 3K ST hotties 
I have only posted one FR about my escapades, but did PM a couple bro's my experience from my recent trip, and my fondest memories of that trip are of a chick that was a freelancer at the clubs, and was so damn cool and a solid 8 in looks but solid 10 in coolness...
She went to the Samet with me, and I took her shopping at JJ market and dinner at Vertigo, all firsts for her, and even spent my last night watching a DVD with her in my room...I understand that sounds like crazy talk to 99% of you guys 
She was just so cool and I took care of her when she was with me (spared no expence) and she seemed very happy with the amount I paid at the end.....we never talked price the entire week....
I have recieved like 4 emails from her in the 6 weeks since being back...and she knew the entire time my situation.....trust me I have "Flogged the Dolphin" a few times thinking about our time together 
although, my nature is not really that of a monger (no knocks on those mongers at all, whatever "floats your boat" is all good), that is just how I like to roll
