I'm going to be in BKK for a brief visit next week (Tues p.m till Thu p.m.) and have not been there for a few years, so wonder if fellow mongers could make some suggestions for a guy with limited time and stamina to make the best use of both?

Well, it all depends on your stamina. If all you can do is one or two shots, then you are just better off going to one of two places per day and relax the rest of the day.
You have a choice of a soapy or oily, if the massage is your preference.
Or just head to the beer bars, Beer Garden, Morning 2 Night if you are the daytime person. If you are a night owl like some of us, then check out Spice Club on soi 11 or Spicy at Rong Meuang.

Having tried to do everything once on a similar flying visit, I would suggest take it easy and enjoy what you can - and get a little sleep. With no sleep and alcohol (assuming you drink), things can go not like you would want them to.
If you don't live in BK, you could be there months and still not do all you would want.
So why not sit in Starbucks and plan a proper trip....

I think you should try to acheive a milestone, at least, for yourself. See if you can score every 3 hours at least. That will be 8 scores in 24 hours. Then you can write a nice FR and encourage others to break your record in a short visit. That will definitely be fun. Enjoy.
