Thanks for the comments folks. I guess I need to get more precise why I am curious to hear details about The Lordīs. In a few weeks I will be in BKK on business together with 3 very good long time friends. I did propose we have a little party in a private suite with jacuzzi etc. (you got the message!) and I need to set this up now. They all are very particular about facilities (no scrupy rooms etc.) and girls as well. I guess The Lordīs may be suitable for this kind of venture. However, if it does not work out on all the other aspects, I will hear this for a long time if not forever. My mini field report.
I went to the Lord last night and arrived around 8:30. Walked in behind two thai office workers who looked to just getting off work. They drew the first papasan and left me unattended for a few minutes, until another mamasan came over and started some small chit chat.
Sat and had a drink. Black and soda for 330 baht. Like others have commented the decor was very elegant and creates a very high class atmosphere. Not necessarily reflective of the females though. There were about 25+ girls all in the center seating area. A few others in a few high-back chairs, I assumed were different class girls.
I overhead the Thai guys next to me discussing choices with the papasan and he was quoting them 4200 to 5500 baht (sii pan soong roi - haa pan haa roi) baht for specific girls, one came over for a quick interview and I had chance to see her up close. Obviously subjective but I'd rate her a 7, maybe 7.5 Typical light skinned Chinese looking very pretty with a slender build.
Mamasan was talking on her cell phone while I was trying to gauge a connection via eye contact and a smile with different girls. The ones who responded didn't quite suit my tastes so I held off. Mamasan said she had some VIPs upstairs and had to go off for a few minutes. She promptly took half the girls with her upstairs for a line up I assume.
This left about a dozen girls left. None which particularly drew my interest. Not to get me wrong, there were definitely some 8's in there. Contemplated leaving but choose to stay and finish my very expensive drink. A lounge singer started, so relaxed a little and enjoyed the ambiance.

Some small chit chat and she spoke some conversational english. Mamasan quoted me 6100 baht. She was not one of the regular girls and was there for premium VIP clients in some upstairs lounge. Mamasan assured me service would be excellent and I would be calling to book her again. Wow. Pretty confident.
Since it was my birthday. I figured why not.
About the service, I had mixed feelings. Tried to build a little chemistry with some light jokes and conversation, stayed away from asking personal questions. She did volunteer that she was 25 and from Khon Kaen. Which surprised me, because she did not at all, have the Issan look. I would have guessed Chiang Mai.
Got her to undress for me while we waited for the jacuzzi to fill. She played a bit shy, but finally got naked and wow what a body. Straight out of those thai penthouse mags, perfect skin, perfect boobs - not to large or small. It was at this point, I decided maybe the mamasan wasn't BS'ing me and she was one of the more exclusive girls. Based on looks, I'd give her a 9.
She kept laughing at my raging hard-on. I kept telling her it was just happy to see her. Things were progressing nicely and we got into the jacuzzi, which was a little hot for my tastes. She turned on the jets and got me squeaky clean. A bit of grouping the whole time, which she did not seem to react to one way or the other.

Overall worth a visit to see a bit of a first world establishment in a third world country. Definitely exclusive girls not in the regular lounge area.
Nice for a treat once in a while unless money is no object for you. Also speaking a little thai does not hurt.
@ princeinnocent - I asked about the private rooms, a 3 bedroom suite will run you 4000 for 2 hours. I think that is the smallest with 10 rooms being the largest.

Hi Daffy, I do meet her in private regularly and have done so after the failed "event". I told her - in other words of course - I love the memories of good old times but since she is in that place she has converted into a money collecting robot with a charming and smiling surface. As you know, they donīt defend themselves debating but obviously she got the message. It is sad to see a once really nice person with outstanding attitudes change so much in such a short period of time.

As I keep telling friends of mine "enjoy them while they last, but they never last forever".
I have seen this transformation many times, and there have been few exceptions (if they really are exceptions, and aren't just better actors).
My advice is always - if you want and like a particular girl, act right then and there, and take her out of that environment. You *can* retain the qualities you like, if you do.
If you don't, she's lost to you after 1-2 years (at most).
Fortunately, there's an endless supply.
