Yes, generic Cialis (tadalafil) is available from any of the drug stores that I visited on Sukhumvit Rd. Just ask for it by the generic name of Apcalis and they will know exactly what you are talking about. There are two drug stores near Nana Plaza on Sukhumvit Rd. on the same side as Nana. The two drug stores are right next to each other, but one is really small and the other one is semi large. The smaller one sells them for B1200 for 4 20mg tablets. I can't remember how much the bigger one sells them for I just remember they were more expensive which is why I bought them at the smaller store.
I bought them and cut them in half. Took the halves and they seemed to do the trick for me. After 10 straight days of marathon girls, I need a little rejuvenator and they were the pick me up I needed. No noticeable side effects.

I purchased a box of Apcalis (1200 baht for 4 20mg) from the very same pharmacy a couple weeks ago. I didn't notice any side of the side effects that I'd had with Viagra (headache, flushing & elevated pulse). Seemed to last a good 24 hours as well. I did not cut up the pills though, and used a single 20mg at a time.
I did have one minor side-effect though when I used two pills in two days. It was the last night of a 2 week trip and I'd only had a couple hours of sleep so I'm sure my metabolism was fairly sensitive. I experienced a slight rash on my back (noticed by the girl I was with, I couldn't see anything in th e mirror) a couple hours after taking the second pill.
The instructions that came with the box mentioned never exceeding a single pill per 24 hours. I popped the second one at around the 20-22 hour mark, so I guess there's something to be said for following the instructions.

i purchased 4 pill 100mg pacs of penegra at the little pharmacy near soi 11. cut them in half as suggested. if you crunch them up in your mouth and park the bits under your tongue till they dissolve, you can get effectivity within 15 minutes. they don't taste that bad. I have seen another generic brand (sold from india) that is a "soft" tab with peppermint flavor that is intended to be held in the mouth until disolved. chewing and absorbing does the same trick. by the time you get back to the hotel, you are good to go!

During a pleasure-week recently, I too decided to try arousal enhancers. I went into a pharmacy on a total whim and without having done any background research ( stupido ).
I bought 2 100mg Vs and a 100mg P.
You'll have to excuse my ignorance of the subject but I was just having a laugh. On the first night I took the whole V at around 6pm then went for a full belly of food. I followed this with 6 hours of moderate paced drinking. Performance was excellent - it cut straight through the alcohol ( my main aim) and enabled a superb session. No noticable flushes or heart rate increase until the morning after at which point I had a killer head-ache.
The next evening I took the whole Penagra. Similar performance under similar conditions. No side effects.
The next night I took the second whole V ( doh ! yes I know ) again at around 6pm. By 8pm I was sweating like a Ukrainian tourist and my heart was beating like I'd just opened a phone bill. For the next 3 hours it was like this. I had to go back to my room, shower and change again and I drank a lot of water. My system calmed down around midnight. Later, the night time sex was fine but the following morning it took a ridiculous amount of effort to come. And I had a headache.
I should've read the forum ( or at least an internet medical site) before I indulged in drug experimentation I know. Still, I hope my empirical data is of use to someone.

Anyone here purchase penegra at a drug store away from the Sukhumvit area (any on Ratchada for example) ? Yes I know KS pharmacy, but it's a bit inconvenient as I live on Ladprao.

Yeah, I can confirm that new price (B350) from a purchase last week.
The steady price decline continues unabated. I calculate that by September 2005, KS will be paying customers to take the stuff away.
Someone ought to persuade these excellent people to take over Crown Group.

As you no doubt realise by now, you've probably been taking much heavier doses than you actually need. Always worth experimenting to see how little you can get away with.
Interesting what you say about P not having the same side-effects as V. These days, I always take the stuff in 1/4 tabs to avoid these, but in the past I found that 1/2 tab of P was quite capable of producing a headache.
