I need rehab....
Firstly well done BK....I envy you.
I made 44 days won 2k and hit the piss and hookers at star casino.
I haven't stopped since.
My advice to problem drinkers is total abstaince.
I will eventually get there.
Like smoking it took me 50 attempts to finally do.
Don't give up giving up....
My next attempt is June 1st....
I am on light beers now so my addiction level is low....this helps when you hit cold turkey..
I get a blow job daily and massage to help relax me for the first week.

I had two small beers thursday, 8 small beers friday and a 12 hr beer session friday.
I drink generally 2 times a week when im working the amount depends the stress in my life that week.
The only time I drink every day is on holiday.
I like bars and clubs many young people in the bars these days drink red bull or spa or coffee really 23,22 years especially non christian which are taking over here. Maybe some smoke a joint but not all, this is a big shift from our generation.
I was brought up in a world where cigerettes were normal all my grandparents smoked and alcohol was everywhere. Before I was 18 I was in pubs drinking its hard to give up I understand. Thats why I wont stop I just reduced the amount, take no hard liqor,drink less frequent togeather with healthy food and exercise. Extra vitamins like B are also good.
Good luck with the rehab if your serious.

Was out with friends last night at Mulligan's on KaoSan road, he and his wife needed a Guinness beer fix, having now moved to a location in the stix 1 hour out of Korat. My girlfriend got served cheap voBKa in her drink, instead of the top brand she ordered, and paid for.
From how sick she got off of it a little later, I don't even think it was legally manufactured alcohol. She is now through ordering mixed drinks completely, as she is tired of getting cheated, and made sick from it all. She drinks very very seldom, and to be cheated when she did choose to have a drink with a friend really put her off.

After being sober for over 7 months, it's funny when I think back of those times when I was so drunk, and doing all those really silly things like waking up the next day wondering how I got home and finding more money in my pocket, only to later discover that I actually withdrew a larger sum that night, and not remembering to this day what I spent the 12,000 B on.
A friend of mine who gets drunk regularly woke up one afternoon finding a deaf mute lying on his bed. What are your funny stories?

A number of years ago awoke one morning to find a girl I had never seen before in my bed. She informed me that we had sex twice the night before and wanted to be paid. I think she said she was from Midnite bar. Anyway, no recollection of having had sex and very doubtful that I could have had sex in such a drunken state I paid her so she would leave and spent the rest of the day in bed alone with one of the worst headaches of my life.

Of course the quantity of booze you consume has an impact but so does the dirty ice, dodgy booze, crappy mixers, dirty glasses, second hand smoke, dirty or bad working AC.
Quality booze does not impact on me as nasty stuff does. I used to work in Eastern Europe and I know nasty booze, I almost quit there. Here I don't need to as I enjoy what I drink. But finding quality in comfortable surroundings is key and not always easy.
Back in Europe I enjoy organic sodium free wine and honestly it's a beautiful drink I can do a bottle myself. I will
feel and bit drunk but no sign of any hangover the next day.
