I'm not sure to what extent my problem and inquiry might be considered a bit off the wall, but then there's a lot on these discussion pages that seem to me more than a bit off the wall!
There are references to balls massage, which could have therapeutic value in ways that have not been mentioned so far as I have seen. I have a relatively rare condition, like erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. I have what I've seen variously described as inhibited or retarded ejaculation or anejaculation, depending on the extent of the problem.
Although there are remedies related to testosterone, and general need for relaxation, and other psychological remedies, I think my experience has varied causes, including late development of my sexual knowledge as a child and a bit later, an inability to self pleasure except in something approaching a fetal position, and a scarcity of partners. Recent efforts to self pleasure have rarely been effective.
I do now have a potential partner, in Zimbabwe actually, but immigration attitudes are currently preventing her visiting the uk. We're working on it. but she needs to be able to work for financial reasons, so alternatives have to take that into account. We're working on them!
I've often sought more in the way of erotic massage, so balls massage by the right woman could be a source of help, and it would have its compensations even if not.
At home I have recently sought surrogate therapy, although my condition supposedly takes longer to correct than other problems. treatment has been suspended for the time being, but finances will permit a resumption in a few weeks.
Any comments or advice or benefits of the experience of all the wacky fellows (or rather other less or more wacky fellows) out there? or suggestions as to potential good balls masseuses and possible introductions during my imminent visit for 2 weeks?
I did say I was going to be a bit off the wall!! And having thought about this message for some days, iIm now about to catch a flight to Harare, where communications are a bit uncertain at present. but I'll see any responses when I return. I'll have a week free before by departure for BKK.

Go to Eden's. 90 mins with two girls recommended by the resident Doc (his names Marc) should do the trick. If not then take another two girls every day until the condition clears up.

Go get your testosterone and SHBG blood levels checked. We males live in a sea of estrogens and artificial estrogens which tend to chemically neuter us. Remedies are testosterone therapy, drinking bottled water only, giving up smoking and drinking, increasing saturated fats and herbal dietary supplements to boost natural testosterone production. Avoid grapefruit and dairy.
By all means go for a Thai body massage but don't let them near your crown jewels! And that goes for doctors and vasectomies too !!!!!

This happened in 1993 but I didn't realise the true effects until many years later. Just don't let anyone you don't know touch you there. Doctors included.
