I think he is trying to say he does not have the requisite skills to ensure that his wife is sexually satisfied and is there a place he can take her where she will receive the attention that he himself cannot provide.
I am only joking tommthumb. I would be suprised if any massage place outside of the 'professional parlour' type place (ie Eden, Barons etc) offered happy endings to women. The sort of place where happy endings are offered are generally 'professional parlours'. Even non pro places where a hand job MAY be offered to a man, are extremely unlikely to ask a female customer if she wants her fanny frigged to orgasm.
You will either have to go to a pro place or you will have to ask the masseuses if they do that sort of thing and hope you strike lucky.

Why not just walk into a Massage place and Ask? (beforehand of course)... I mean, go in the Morning and at the Place that tell you they could do it, bring your wife there in the Afternoon...
Even Better, Call a Pro Parlour, order a girl to come to your Hotel and Tell her she needs to Provide Extra to your Wife (You will pay the Masseuse separately beforehands of course..)

I notice that all those who have posted replies so far have assumed that you would like a female to massage and "finish" your wife.
Well heres a suggestion that would cover all bases ( female, male, katoey, etc. ).
Just telephone some of the massage companies that advertise in publications like "Bangkok This Week" and be absolutely upfront about what you are looking for - you can specify whether your wife would prefer a female OR a male OR 2 males OR whatever and you can specify if you want to participate or if you just want to watch and you can also be very specific as to the size of the equipment, the stamina, whether your wife prefers use of condoms or not, etc., etc.
Whatever you are looking for is out there - Go For It.
