Kaymanx gave coordinates "deep inside soi 4" guys... T Barber and another similar are near Jools, much closer to the mouth of the soi. Due to confusion on this BK posted a photo of T Barber in an earlier soi 4 barber thread at Fun in Soi 4
If I read Kaymanx right he is talking about a place way down the soi... like half a kilometer or more. I tried it only once... had a sauna on the second floor and a weight room on the ground floor... the building looks like it was built to be a ST hotel. My trip was early afternoon and there were only 3 girls working (all asleep). The massage was ok... nothing great. HJ was the only extra offered.
Whisper, you should definitely try the shave routine; it's not for everybody but I find a good shave erotic, especially right before massage (and the ladies will be appreciative if you have a heavy beard). Ms Dah at Hair Design is a wizard, and Ms Ploy at 33 Center is also excellent (and a fox).

Now that you mention it, precious little is said here about Hair Design...
It is, IMO, a little jewel. Not outstanding in any one area, but an unusual combination of nicely groomed girls, with whom you can have a drink in the bar, but who will go upstairs and get oily in a heartbeat. Hair cuts, manicures, etc., and adequate (if not private) massage/extras, all in one close-in location.
Mamasan is VERY strict, with the effect that the girls are always polite and attentive. Reasonable prices, good take-out, too. I would NEVER worry about any kind of shenannigans here.
Not a place for fools/miscreants, it is more refined than, say, an Annie's, although it doesn't have soapy facilities. Not quite Baron's, but still fun.

I searched and found one other thread about Hair design, but didn't see the location. Is it on Soi 4? It seems like a nice place to get a cut and shave.

11/1 as HS mentions... it's a small subsoi between Soi 11 and the Ambassador Hotel parking lot. There are 3 slots in front of Hair Design for those who drive. Couple cold beers, haircut, shave and 2hrs oily would run about 800b (plus tip if you go with the hand finish). A few of the girls will also blow, but only if they know you because of the mamasan. (She doesn't actually prowl around inspecting, but she runs a very tight ship as HS says).
Most of the girls don't do what I would call a "solid" oil massage Swedish style... more the erotic oil treatment  Opens early every day (about 09:00)

It's not just close to a good Indian restaurant, it's close to the best Indian restaurant in Bangkok, Mrs. Balbir's. Also, if you get a chance, talk to Mrs. Balbir. She's a real hoot.
