Depends first on the venue (house policy) and THEN on the individual masseuse. The TTM girls at Baron will all get naked. Kryptonite is correct - there's always a big possibility
of p4p in a TTM VIP room since I have likewise did it
on several occassions. Not all TTM girls go for it but
it is almost always an enjoyable experience once they do. there are some girls who will tell their price upfront
(probably needs extra money) and then there's some who will just ask for taxi fare when the deed is done
(maybe simply turned on)

Unless the hotel offers in your room massage I have found it hard to get the girls to undress.
Best in room massage is the Flipper Lodge, soi 8, Pattaya. Full service with all the extras is 800 baht total.
