There's a third place in this shopping center, immediately on the left as you walk in. Looks a lot more on par with the Japanese place than Ploenchit Spa & Beauty.

If you'll forgive another FR in this thread...
Tried the third place, just to finish the shopping center cycle. One one side of the building it's called Rachada something (some of the letters have fallen off - good sign!) and on the other it's Ploenjit Health Dome or whatever.
Smiley girls welcome you and show you menu, then lead you upstairs to shower, which is on a hose in a bathroom with a drain in the floor. And a communal bar of soap. Then they lead you to the room and your masseuse.
Room has walls that don't go all the way to the top, and
not particularly clean. Indifferent oilly, and absolutely no interest in extras.
When done, the girl hands me my clothes. Uhm, hello honey, me covered with oil. I managed to get her to understand that I wanted to take another shower -- unfortunatley I speak little Thai -- but after hosing myself off, she and the attendant on the floor took about 5 minutes to finally understand that I might want a towel to use before tossing the clothes back on.
In summation, looks like your basic Baan HJ, but no slippery handshake for Lord Jim and The Twins. Give it a pass.
So:
Ploenchit Spa: good oily, clean, no extras
Japanese place (Yakaza or something) : indifferent oily, not very clean, HJ available
Racha/Ploenjit whatever: indifferent oily, not very clean, no extras
