I have been to that exact spa on Soi 33, and had the room on the top floor, with jacuzzi, 2 tables and really nice shower. I asked about extras from my super cute massage girl. But the quote was too high for me to take her up on it. However, if you don't mind over paying, then by all means give it a go! Most of these girls will not do FS but many will fill their mouths with cock for a price.

yep tried them, but I find the girls kind of go down hill in comparison to the good soapie places - sure they may look better, but the girls are often fairly mechanical - certainly not Mango/Tulip level attitude and service if you know what I mean.
Places like Thonglor 2 come close I guess, but still not nirvana

ruprek, they are actual "Korean" style, but you are correct that they are popular with the Japanese.
I can see what you mean by feeling cold and a bit like a dog getting a wash sometimes, but Sazanka has always worked well for me if what I wanted was a body salt scrub and/or a decent massage followed by a good HJ, or, depending on the girl, a BJ. I find it very relaxing. The experience will of course vary with the skill/warmth of the girl.

I've decided that the only 'luxury' all service happens in my hotel room... still definitely a market 'gap' in my view!
I did discover something a little unusual though two trips ago... I was staying at a recognised brand 4 star hotel and feeling pretty washed out when I checked in. Decided to try their 'Spa' services. They had a Spa treatment menu in the room listing a few different types of massage so I decided to book 90 mins of soothing, dark-room, nice music relaxation. In-room was also an option, but I find that makes a legit massage a bit weird - better with the real massage table I find.
So I go to the spa which is just past the pool and fitness centre. Its small but they have a few nicely decked out rooms complete with shower and all the good Thai decor. There are a couple of Masseurs on duty, both in very nice Thai-style uniforms - you know, the kind with the big pants and the decorative silk patterns. They aren't stunners, but then I figure they are likely to be just plain good at massage. So one of the Masseurs is 'assigned' to me and she takes me into the room, hands me a towel and a robe and points at the shower offering me the option of taking a shower before the massage. She then leaves the room to give me privacy as per usual. I notice they don't have any of those funny disposable undies to put on, but then not all places do so don't think anything of it.
Fast forward to during the massage and everything is very nice, pressure just as I like it, lights dim, nice music and the little bowl with flowers underneath the table that you can look at through the hole in the table.
My Masseur (masseuse technically) moves on to my legs and I notice that at times the hands are moving quite close to the crack and sac, but again think not much of it.
Then she asks me to turn and I notice that there isn't the usual amount of 'turning away' while I'm exposed....still, the towel goes back down and she carefully positions it to allow her to massage each leg in turn.
Now a curious thing starts happening, as she gets to the top of my legs she kind of allows her finger tips to slide past my ball sack just grazing it as she does. This is unexpected and now I think that there may be additional services offered in this classy establishment! The experience and uncertain expectation is, well, delicious. On top of this, she also now starts to allow her elbow to graze the towel as she moves up to the stomach and chest giving Rupreck Jnr a bit of a thrill each time (Sanook, sanook Jnr!).
So now I'm waiting for the question and of course (just like me later) it comes - I was shocked, but went with it anyway! The pricing was stupidly ludicrous, but I think it was the thrill of knowing all those airline people were just out by the pool and I was inside getting the mother of all happy endings.
Which it was by the way - good hands, are good hands full stop!
I gave a little back I think too with my hands deftly exploring the internals of her big floppy Thai pants...she may not have come with my digits, but I think she came close!
So still on the search for the perfect place, but some interesting new options have popped up along the way.
I'm sure others have similar stories - throw them out there!

Most thai massage women do it regardless of how grand or seedy the establishment.
Even the ones who wont do it in the shop are usually up for it if you ask them out for a drink or to see them later.
In fact the massage women often get more action than your gogo girls.

As with most experiences in LOS, it's the unexpected event that brings the thrills. A few years back I had one such at this massage shop on Soi 4 (hmmm, forget the name, it has a travel shop adjacent to the entrance, on the right hand side of the Soi as you walk away from Nana Hotel towards the tobacco company). The shower finished, I lay down with the towel still wrapped round me, to let her deal with it as she wished. Without fuss she pulled it away and my soul started smiling. Throughout the massage was nice and gentle and soporific. When she asked me to turn, she managed to look casual while not averting her gaze. As she massaged my legs and her oily hands glided up my thighs, reaching in with her fingers yet studiously refraining from that crucial graze, her eyes would move in tandem with her hands. So she was massaging deep inside without grazing and all the while directly staring at a spot barely 2 millimetres away from my fully exposed "little me." It was a tactful way of keeping up the seduction, yet maintaining her professional conduct. I am sure there was a lot to be had that afternoon inthat quiet little room. Unfortunately for both of us I was more sleepy than anything and preferred to just enjoy the nice clean massage.
