umm...i am not sure about service as I made the mistake of asking for a thai massage. however...i did read the "menu". I was totally unaware of balls massage concept. So when I saw it on menu I had no idea what it meant! Now I know. Anyway...they claim they offer a unique oil massage with special balls service. The english I remember being very funny. Conclusion...the service is on offer. Someone should try and report. I will be in BKK for a couple of weeks but have my kids with me so don't think I can volunteer!

While the old Mermaid was open I tried the oil and Balls. IMO; it was very poor compared to other places I have tried with this service. Haven't tried the new one, so can't report on that.

A couple of days ago I decided to try the famous Rin's ball massage at Subway.
I made a booking by calling the Subway landline. When I arrived, I bypassed the two sleazy looking characters in black outfits and went straight to the Chinese woman with whom I assumed I had spoken on the phone.
I believe I was right because she told me, yes, you made booking for 4 P.M. no ploblem, Rin come back one hour you sit and wait no ploblem, OK? I said, yes, I made booking for 4 P.M. I NOT sit and wait, I go massage with Rin NOW. We went back and forth for about 2-3 minutes, and then she said, I call Rin. She gets on the phone, jabbers away for a minute or two, and hands me the phone. I do not take the phone; I say, I do not want to talk on the phone, I have a 4 P.M. booking. Some more jabber. You wait 1 hour OK? No, not OK, I say, 4 P.M., now, OK. We go back and forth for a few minutes, and finally she says, 4:30 OK? I look at the watch, and I have already wasted 10 minutes talking to this subspecies, and I say, OK, I wait 20 minutes.
Then I said, you screwed up my booking and make me wait, I get a discount, right?
The Chinese hyena started making screaching sounds that I suppose were meant to be a laughter. No discount, no discount. The lizards in black joined her. He-he, discount, he-he.
At that point, I consider leaving. However, Rin's reputation and my curiosity are stronger than the disdain I feel for these c***s who run the place, so I just drink my tea and ignore them.
Then the f***ing waitress who collects the 30 Baht for my coffee has the audacity to tell me, jai jen-jen. I tell her, farang not same khon Thai. She (and I point to the Chinese hyena) hai sanya (promised something), and she pit. Same me, if I tell you, mai mee 30 Baht for coffee, khun jai jen-jen mai? She just looks at me with a blank stare. Hell, what was I thinking, expecting she would understand anything I say.
At 4:35 Rin comes down and we go upstairs and here comes the good part. Sorry for the long intro, but it was not the best way to start a relaxing massage, and it reminded me how much I hate those lowlife parasites who benefit from sex-trade.
The ball massage was something I will not do again. She was doing things to my balls that I don't think were meant to be done, and it bordered on unpleasant. With the caveat that don't take my word for it as most people seem to enjoy it.
But the HJ that followed was absolutely incredible. Whatever it is that she was doing, it felt like there were three pairs of hands and tongues down there. She made it last probably close to 45 minutes. Now this is the part I will do again, especially if I find a way to do it some place other than Subway, because I hate to give any money to the pimps downstairs or to even see their ugly faces again.
I was hoping one of them would ask me for a tip.
On the second thought it's probably good that they didn't because whatever I would say would probably land me in a great deal of trouble.

I actually quite like the little chinese looking mamasan at Subway, but then, I like most people.

Yes I agree, that story reminds me of the Farang that I feel so sorry for, they don't quite get it. What did all of that yelling get him other than hot, bothered, and laughed at? He should be ashamed for his behavior. They don't owe him anything. People like that feel that everyone owe them, that they are better than other people especially Thais when it is obvious that it is quite the opposite.

I hate to say this, but I have never been hit up for money at Subway. I think that you guys are having trouble because you are expecting them to hit you up for money.
I have been with Rin several times. I only go with her at Subway. I have asked the guys for Rin, but I have never paid them a tip. I don't even think they have ever asked me for one. However, it they did, I just play a little dumb. After that it is over.
Sorry for the Subway hassle. But I have not had the problem.

I don't take you comment personally, simply because it isn't true. In fact, I understand your reaction to my post; I think I might have a similar reaction reading a post like that. It was a bad day, heat, and whatever else, all working together to make for an unpleasant experience.
But I think you may one of those people who are so desperate to excuse some of the Thais' behaviors.
True, they don't owe me anything. Just like an airline doesn't owe you anything when you purchase an e-ticket. I'm sure if you got to the airport to find out that your JKF-BKK ticket has been inadvertently sold to someone else, you'd keep your jai-jen. Oh well, I'll just take my luggage and go back home to Cincinnati, and try again next year.
I've been involved with many businesses over they years. When I made a promise, I either delivered, or I apologized. Not just because it's good business, but because it's common decency.
What always surprises me is how some farang will defend Thais, no matter what they do...

Been to Subway once and had a great time with Lynn. On the way out Rin asked me to drop Baht100 to the chap at the counter so I did. What's Baht100 to me, s'pecially as everybody feels good (me for givin', him for takin!) etc.
I really can't understand why anybody (Thai or other) would think that they had a chance of cooling down a person (or situation) by tellin' them to, "Cool down" in any language! Is that bein' childish, arrogant who knows!

I agree with you, what is 100 Bhat! I just can't believe all the losers complaining about tipping 100 B to mamasans and papasans at Subway. Their monthly salary is very low and they work mainly for tips. Let's be generous and tip them 100B. If 100B is too much, just stay home and choke your chicken!
