I personally like Body Tune. A wide range of choices such as Aroma Therapy, Thai Traditional, Oil....you name it. Located on Silom Rd. right at the Sala Daeng skytrain stop. Facilities are super clean and prices are excellent. I usually tip 100 -200 baht. My tgf complains that even 100 baht is too much. The staff is friendly and you will certainly enjoy the massage although there will be no extras. I have fallen asleep twice during the 1-hour foot massage. There is also a Sukhumvit location but it is VERY noisy. Not sure about the exact address. Only went once and the noise took away from the pleasure.

My absolute favorite TTM is Siri Massage an Spa on Suk Soi 22, a bit further then the family mart.
I am a TTM addict (one very other day) and have tried about 50 places and this one rocks. Go for the 2 hour TTM (300 baht+100/200 tip - she deserves it)

Going on appearances alone, this outcall spa/massage place looks very legit. One of the better put together websites I've seen from a LoS business. Looks like they provide more "spa" services than "massage" though.
