Hey BKKLouis71, welcome to this part of town. DC Hotel is still offering the fishbowl MP on the 5th floor, quality of girl is hit or miss both in the looks department and the service, but if needs must (and your on the right side of the traffic mess in the area) then this would be my first option. I checked out the karaoke on the 4th floor last week and whilst the girls were hot, denim shorts, low cut tops, all behind or in front of the bar, the prices I was quoted were high, I ordered a Heineken, I was asked if I wanted lg or sml bottle, I decided sml would be okay whilst I figured out the score, the waitress tol dme they only had large !! (WTF, why ask me then?) so I said lg was fine, she brought me a nice frosty looking bottle as i'd asked, I don't enjoy ice in my beer, she poured me a glass as I spoke to mamasan, prices were 2,500 for the girl to 'off' when I asked if it included FS etc, she said I needed to tip, I asked how much and she said up to the lady, I pushed this point thinking the 2,500 was an all inclusive price and perhaps a few hundred was the expected tip, but I couldn't get this clarified, it was also 200 baht plus a lady drink to have a girl come talk for 30 minutes. There were about 20 girls and maybe 4 guys, all except me were Asian. Anyway, whilst I was trying to clarify the price of the lady the waitress brought me my bill, I didn't even look at it, I just took 200 baht out and placed it into the bill wallett, and continued talking, the waitress stayed looking at me, okay, I get it  so I tell her she can keep the change, she says something to mamasan and she informs me its not enough !! lg bottle of Heineken, 200 baht not enough WTF, I checked the bill, it was 250 Baht !! I'm not a cheap charlie, but I thought this was way too much, anyway, I paid 300 baht, let her keep the change and left, beer untouched in a kind of protest that I have money but I wasn't staying to be ripped off further. Shame, the girls were nice.
Opposite DC, you have a huge sign for a snooker hall, down the side of a second hand car lot, the rooms are crap, tiny, old, run down, showers useless, only Thai TV, but it is clean. They have a FB, 300 baht for 2 hrs, service price san be anything from HJ - 300, BJ - 500, FS 1,000 up to the usual Tulip, Aviva, Lotus standard price for extras, just depends on the girl. This is the kind of place you go in and get out quick, there is no reason to hang here for 2hrs, the rooms are crap and the service is middle to poor normally.
Heading further out on Srinakarin, (towards samut prakarn) go over the Thepparak crossroads (traffice lights, also smothered in road works as they build a new flyover) about 100m past the lights stay left, pull into a loop road (before the uturn and before Lotus on the right hand side) there is a TTM here, they offer and absolutely fantastic oil massage, and it is great, the girls are well trained at the massage, this is 550baht for 2hrs, private shower in the room, the girls will do a fantastic massage for about 1.5hrs, then they will either just go into it or ask if you want a HJ, the HJ, whilst does not include the infamous Rin testicles massage, provides the best HJ's i've ever had, very slow, soft and sensual, and most girls hold you back a couple of times, very nice. 300 baht tip used to be fine, but the usual is now around 500baht. Some girls here will allow a little over clothe touching, some won't, some will take there shirts off, some will take there bras off, the girls are picked for you, none are lookers, but i've found it a great cure for hangovers.
Following along a little further down Srinakarin, go past Lotus on the right and take the next u-turn, get over to the left, there are 2 places here with FB upstairs, one is called Seralph, not sure of the other one, service prices were as per Tulip, Aviva etc, house price I think was around 400 baht for 2hrs, the rooms were 3 massage tables to an aircon room with one shower, beds were curtained off, all services are available here.
Heading into town now, pass Seacon square on your right, and see the big neon sign on the right leading into a car park with 2 bar type places, head in here, you want the first building, walk in, walk through the unlit bar area towards the back right, you will spot the glassless fishbowl, again, service prices same as Aviva, Tuilip etc, I think 2 hrs massage was about 300, the rooms are huge with 3 double beds and a shower. All services on offer, including assisted shower.
Kings Park massage is in the other side of the road, directions posted earlier, I only went here twice.
Jarin massage is the obvious one, still on Srinakarin road heading towards the city, pass Onnut, big place on the left, still not sure if just HJ is offered here, and it was 1,000b for it !
Soi udomsuk has a Thai style massage place, next to the big hotel on the right handside as you head towards sukhumvit, fishbowl, rooms are very small, no private shower, same service prices as Aviva, Tulip etc, 2hr massage is about 300 baht.
There are a couple of night entertainment venues in this area, where even I (30+, beer belly) can pick up freebies and/or freelancers from, niceplaces, they have the odd farrang but as I love these places I shall keep them as my secret for now, but if you venture out in the evenings in these areas, they are not difficult to spot.

Thanks Meatywsg, wow, that's a very elaborate reply!
I guess the short of it is: there is places everywhere in Thailand, although you need to know where to look for them and sometimes a bit dodgy (better to approach them under the cover of darkness...)
Anyway, will put on my to-do list to venture into one of those place and check it out....

I post the info in the hope fellow brothers can point me in directions I have yet to discover, the number of ST hotels in the Thepparak/Srinakarin/Udomsuk area totally amazes me, theres a lot going on out here, but its not as open as the farrang areas.

A quick Jarin Field Report.
I visited last week with a colleague. We had two hours to kill on our way to the Airport, so decided to give it a try.
First impression wasn't very good. Setup is quite messy, there's a huge open-air restaurant a the corner and a small entrance to the left the massage section. Inside, the place is dark, very low ceiling, big concrete beams, kind-of a maze. Thai clientele nervously standing around, some guys in slippers, one handicapped, seemed like some workers that just got paid...
We hesitated for a second but decided to stay and give it a try. Must say the girls in the fishbowl (approx. 15 around 6 PM) where quite attractive, clearly Thai spec (young, slim, white skin). We choose a girl each, settled for a 600 Baht Oil Massage (2hrs) and were led to our respective rooms.
Rooms were not very pleasant; small, tiled, dark, plastic shower in corner, high massage bed, small locked-up TV on the ceiling blaring a Thai soap series.
I underdressed and proceeded with shower, which she joined on my request. On to the table, she remained fully undressed and started her oil massage routine which was surprisingly skilled. Without asking she proceeded to HJ, started a covered BJ followed by FS. All in all not bad, but little enthousiasm or conversation.
Just was shocked by the 2000 Baht tip she insisted upon afterwards. I didn't discuss money up-front, which is usually not a problem, but 2K is quite stiff, especially for what I would rate as a mid/low market place.
My colleague was worse of. She insisted on 2K for FS, but up-front. Since he only 1k cash on him so had to settle for HJ. Haha!
Overall not the best of experiences... Won't return.

Nice FR, the rooms are exactly as I remember, seems the range of extras has developed but doesn't sound worth a look in. Isn't it strange that a Thai place all the way out here ends up costing more than a farrang place in sukhumvit !
