Now that I think of it you are right. My first visit there there were several ladies wearing uniforms in the reception area. I was thinking of a more recent visit. The reception area was almost empty and I had a conversation with Saeng who was in jeans and T.shirt. Business would seem to be on the up.

The time I was there (Mid-June), the girls were lined up on the couch and you could look them over and pick one. However, the problem was that if you had a booking with one girl and just went straight to the counter, the rest of the girls could still see you. This could/does cause for some arkwardness if you know many girls there. I know many of you say "who cares, you're the customer, you can do what you want, etc" but the reality is that I do care and I do try to be discreet as possible.
So far, I have been with 4 of the ex-Barons girls that work there (but the list seems to be growing), and if it was just for in-house services, I could be OK with that but most of them have met me after work and I have professed my undying love to each one of them. So, add up all these factors and you can see how this could be a problem for me (I know, I know, I am my own worst enemy but for the purposes of this thread, lets move on from that).
Have they since dealt with this issue? Is there a partition a la Barons, Angels, Teen?

It has been a long time since I have read such contradictory words.
I am quite sure that this problem pales into obscurity compared to the other problems you most surely have.
Doesn't your skin crawl when you lie straight faced to these girls and then expect us to believe you are concerned with their feelings when you butterfly at their cathouse ?

BKKFella - It was a joke you idiot. Why don't you try to be more productive and simply answer the question that was asked? This was regarding if there is a partition or not, not about morals and contradictions. Now, we are going to go back/forth insulting each other and in turn will be soiling a perfectly good thread about Tulip Massage.
The only response I am looking for is "Yes, there is a partition", "No, there isnt a partition" or "Not yet but they will put one in soon".

There is no need for a partition because the staging area has been moved downstairs. The necessary operating license was easier (and less expensive) to obtain with a more legitimate "front" so they moved foot massage chairs into the lobby/reception area and relocated the short skirts to the basement. An uninitiated customer (or inspector) walking in through the front door would encounter what appears to be an ordinary massage operation. This should also decrease their police maintenance costs going forward.
Note that they do in fact offer both foot and TTM in addition to OM and erotics. A simple but classy new lighted signboard has been installed at the level of the BTS platform... which makes Tulip difficult to miss. Customers who drive may not be aware that parking is available also... the lot entrance is about 100 meters inside Soi 38, on the right (b20 fee to the lot tender).
The website should be up by the end of the month... perhaps sooner.

At Deep File stated, the oil massage girls now wait in the basement, and legit TTM and foot massage services are indeed offered. In fact, when I was there 2 weeks ago both Mook and Saeng recommeded trying the TTM next time, and they said the services were quite good. However, TTM is not what I go to Tulip for in the first place. I did see a few elderly gentlemen ( in their 70's I guess) coming downstairs after finishing their TTM and a guy having a foot massage while waiting for a friend. They seemed happy with the services. However, I did see quite a few femals customers enter the premises but left after briefly talking to one of the managers. I guess Tulip is still focusing on male cumtomers.
Had a few beers there in the reception area with with Mook and Nui, also talked to Saeng. They told me that business was picking up. Saeng was working hard on her Chinese lessons so she could communicated better with the Chinese speaking customers. Maybe the number of customers from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore are increasing?

I went by Tulip this morning on my way to tennis. There is no parking lot that I saw. There is a driveway into a small three house section, very nice and clean but I do not think you are permitted to park there altho there is no guard so one might get away with it. There is a lot of parking on both sides of Soi 38 itself though.
