There are a couple of shops offering massages when you walk out from Shangri-La. I used to have foot massages there, quite good and revitalizing. One afternoon last month I went to one of the shops and asked for a Thai massage as I was feeling kind of tired and tight. I was let next door and went upstairs where there is a large room that looked llike a restaurant/cafeteria, and there they have oil and Thai massage services in some cubicles through another door. Some of the girls I saw were not bad looking (6 or 7). The girls were not too young, maybe 25 to 30. They were dressed in two types of uniforms, probably to differentiate the Thai and oil massage girls. I wanted to have Thai massage, but the girls in the other type of uniform seemed to have more markup and better looking. Still, I chose Thai massage, and the massage itself is not bad, and was later offered a HJ. However, the tip asked by the girl was higher than most massage places (1000 baht). You could probably negotiate and pay less. Maybe I'll try the oil massage next time, but I don't know if the oil massage girls offer more services than HJ.

Can't vouch for any of these places as I've never tried, but I've been in that neighborhood a lot, so I hope this is of some use.
There are more than a few places on the soi leading back out to Charoen Krung, but walking that soi is annoying because of the tuk tuk touts who are very aggressive, plus the massage places often have people hanging out trying to get you to come in. Any farang walking that soi has tourista written all over him.
Another massage place, where you're likely to get less street hastle, is a little shop on the side of the hotel near the ballroom entrance. It's on the corner of a small soi, with Alex's Fashion on the opposite corner.
