I managed to put in 2 hours at sakura this afternoon. lots of pretty and young girls. 3 floors. downstairs foot job, 1st and 2nd floor ttm and om. upper floors do not have separate rooms, just curtains separating very cramped massage tables. and both floors have communal showers. I could hear the guy on the next table snoring so not very sexy atmosphere. girl didnt offer special but I initiated by body language and she asked for 2k. I laughed and eventually agreed on 500 for hj. with her fully dressed despite my offer of a further 500, no bj and I jokingly offered 2k all in for hj, bj and fs. she simply said no. the massage was terrible and the hj was even worse. I couldn't knock one out as she looked totally mechanical and her attitude disinterested. I gave up and just called it a day and she knew I wasn't pleased but looked surprised when I gave her the agreed 500. a deals a deal!!!

Hmmm, I do not remember anything called Sazanka opposite Citrus Hotel on Soi 22, and I stayed there last month. There is a new massage place more or less opposite the hotel, but it had a different name. I don't recall.
The girls were clearly offering extras outside, but I doubt it was anything like the the old Sazanka that was once located in the cul de sac (and I don't mean a man-gina) near Wild Country (no longer), and is now somewhere near Thong Lor (not that I have visited).
So I find this entire thread confusing. The former Sazanka was one of my favorites. I was disappointed to see that it left the Soi 22 location.

Gents... Sakura on Suk 22 is not "opposite" the Citrus Hotel... it is across from Crazy Girls bar (now defunct) at Queen's Park Plaza... it is on the east side of Suk 22 at the corner of the tiny subsoi that leads to Somsong Apartments.
It is an uninspired rub 'n tug shophouse like all the others along this strip of 22. Typically 3-4 desultory providers... perhaps a few more at prime time (after 6pm). The MO is the same... small curtained cubicles with mattresses on the floor and very basic communal showers. Expect a very average oil massage and an offer to stiffen and drain the tackle. While FS is not impossible, it would require considerable persistence and probably some knowledge of Thai. Most of the ladies on offer will not tempt you this far...
In short, the type of venue that probably does not deserve a dedicated thread.
Quality in all these places is strictly hit and miss... you might encounter a very pleasant experience at any of them, but the odds are slim (perhaps 1 in 10).
For clarity, Sazanka was formerly in Washington Square off of Suk 22. The business relocated about 2 years ago to Tonglor, close to the mouth of subsoi 8.
