Well, another reader did that very test on the mirrors in one of the rooms in the Eden Club, and well, guess what.... Go and do the test yourself and see what you find. And don't forget to to say cheese! And no, one shouldn't think that is being paranoid at all! Up at Panthip Plaza, some of the biggest sellers are the aeb doo and aeb tie series of VCDs. Translated into English, this basically means hidden video! Yep, there are MANY VCDs available there with folks unknowingly filmed while partaking in the bedroom olympics! And I just love what it says on the cover of one of the aeb tie series which translates roughly as - "don't laugh too loud because it might be you who is in this movie"! I guess one suddenly has to question the wisdom of using short time venues! "

Article: I read some comments on this issue before but have to bring it up again: are the mirrors in Parkway Inn see through? Some disturbing facts: (a) they have a darker color than the normal mirrors, (b) they are build into walls which have room behind them which serves no apparent purpose (I was in room 302, which was a middle room without windows), (c) I checked the lamps which have glass plates underneath which can be taken off and you can see open space above the room and one very thick cable leading towards the mirror (could be video and sound???), (d) but the most disturbing was the fact that MTV got muted all of a sudden while I had sex with a girl and the sound came back on once we were finished (remote was meters away), could have been a huge coincident but how likely is that and even worse, the next time I brought a girl in, MTV lost his picture 5 minutes after we entered the room and when the girl left, all of a sudden MTV worked again ...???

I've never been to the Parkway Inn, but for your readers concerned about see-through mirrors, I believe I know of an easy way to test for them: Hold a coin edgewise, or the tip of a pen, or anything really, against the surface of the mirror and look to see if there's a space (the thickness of the glass) between the object and its reflection. See-through mirrors have the reflective coating on the front side of the glass, thus will show no space between the object and it's reflection. Regular mirrors are coated on the backside and will show some space between the object and its reflected image. I would be a lot more concerned about the possible presence of pinhole video cameras, though. I see these for sale all over the place, and they get a remarkably clear, wide-angle picture, as you can see on the monitors they're hooked up to at the stores where they are sold.
** It does raise interestinng points though that any place you visit can have two way mirrors. So, be carefull, but not paranoid!! **

hi all
a few guys since eden club exist tried to destroy the club and his reputation.
i dont know which poster on which web site started this bullshit but one thing for sure he will look stupid each time some guy will check out our mirrors.
i would really appreciated if some of you can do me a favour and spread this message on other websites.
i have very few free time and i dont like to spend it for bullshits like that.

What's going on? First a story about an STD at eden that is questionable since the guy was at a few other places, then this complaint about greed, now the camera thing. Let Marc run his business, and for those of us who want to go there, we will. If you don't like the way he does business, go to one of the dozens of other establishments in BKK!
