A number of the bars on soi 6 will allow you to take care of business right there in the bar if you are unwilling or too lazy to go next door to the ST hotel.
Simply walk down soi 6 and stop at whichever bar has a lady that strikes your fancy - there are many along the soi.
There are some others around town but that is the location where there are the most, of course it may or may not happen on the night in question as it really depends on the girls.

Many places in Soi 6 are rather Avante Garde when it comes to pleasing the spunk-filled customers, but I was actually referring to experiences that I've had mostly in my neighborhood

We affectionately refer to it as "The Strip".
It's a row of bars installed in what were meant to be standard multilevel shop-houses.
One is run by former Pattaya publican the WH. The others are Noot's place, Jigsaw, and a new one VG. Jigsaw is a little expensive, considering all the girls demand 1,000 for a romp upstairs.
I just got a BJ in Noot's place last Wednesday evening , without going into the bathroom, or upstairs  Same goes on just about every time I set foot in VG. Mac's is a great place to stop in between romps. It's right in the middle of all those shop-houses.
Basically, if you are at the local 7-11 in town, head West to the next stop-light, and from that light, head North. You'll see a Thai Military Bank and Bank of Asia on the south side of the street, just before you head North. It's a three-way intersection.
If it's dark, you can't miss it, but if you drive past a hotel, you've gone too far.

The one that opens the earliest is Mac's, but the only girls that are in there that early are ones who mostly tend bar. There is one with a tiny little pixie nose that I'd like to bang, but like I mentioned before, pricy.
Some open at noon, but still no lookers about, and you'd find them sleeping in the back.
Most will start accumulating some fems by 14:30, but they usually don't all arrive until 16:00-17:00. That's when all the locals are on their way from working.
Not sure how many kilos it is from Pattaya, but you could make the drive in around 40 minutes these days. If you go the long way, and take Sukhumvit the entire ride, it will add 10 minutes onto the drive.
If you want to be in some company in town, amongst other imbibers that is, best time to show up is a Friday evening, or any day before a public holiday.
There was a huge crowd at "The Strip" the night of Halloween, even though most of the imbibers couldn't have given two sh!ts about the signifigance of the day, and it was not a public holiday. Matter of fact, I've never seen that many cars parked out front.
This is standard stop-off for the Jesters when they come out this direction. Those are fun times too
