In case you haven't thought of it or in case you haven't done it yet - I would recommend that you call up the various Escort Service Agencies that are listed in the Bangkok Yellow pages of 2 years ago ( they have now stopped listing these agencies in the Yellow Pages ).
You could also try the Escort or Massage establishments that advertise in the Bangkok Post Classifieds Section.
I have tried this ( made the enquiries but never gone all the way ) and I can vouch that if you are upfront with them and tell them frankly what you are looking for, they will provide it for you.
The enquiries I made were for :- 2 girls for m/f/f session ; 1 guy for 3some with my wife ; 1 guy & 1 girl for 3some with me ; etc. and to all these enquiries I got very positive responses and offers to send them immediately.
The only hitch would be in the choice of the male and the female - maybe you could ask them if you could go along to their establishment and choose.
