prices differ a lot, depending on location (there are posh ones in high class residential areas and also St.Pauli/Reeperbahn area that will charg 250 Euro minimum for an hour - good service guaranteed / there are cheap ones on the outskirts where you can have the hour for say 100 Euro allright).
For LT overnight you should take the advertised offering "Hs/ht" which means visiting home/hotel - but put money in your bag as they usually are on the hourly basis within the same range of prices.
The girl you ask to come to your hotel will know wether the one you stay in accepts visits - normally no problem unless you are in a very small sort of family pension.
For daytime topless joy Reeperbahn would be the area to go. BUT to my experience it is more like a Patpong first floor sex-show! BEWARE! Usually you will be the only one around, they will do boaring things and overcharge, asking you to get them for an hour - and that would certainly not pay out. No, night-life in Hamburg starts at night. Apart from window-shopping in Herbertstrasse and all the advertised "models" of course.
For table dance and topless over a drink or two best is to go to Reeperbahn once the sun has set. But have a good look at the pricelists! Reeperbahn fun-industry is nearly entirely in the hands of Russians and Albanians - you will find hardly any German running or controlling an establishment there - and if so, you wouldn't know if he was a very honest one.
Personally I very much prefer Amsterdam, never found any difficulties there, when it comes to shows and the like.
Still am sure you can have a very good time - do you speak/understand the language ? That would help a lot
