I think it's the blue one actually. I seem to remember coming up the little stair you see and it being on the left of them.

The light blue frontage is of Kob's Place, from memory. The green one is indeed The Rock - a karaoke/beer joint staffed by some surprisingly cute girls.

I took a detour today and ended up in this bar at around 8.30PM. I had checked this place out during one of my last visits and since no worthy girls were around, left after having a beer.
