Was at the Cave in BKK a few nights ago. My general impression was that the place was still a bit jumpy after the raid.
I went there with my Thai girl. Things were slow between 9 and 11 p.m. on a Friday. There were about 20 girls there, decked out in their latex finest. The annoying part was that they were sitting around chatting about the lottery and prices for lamyai - that sort of put a damper on the mood.
A handful of guys were getting spanked and having a good time in the corners with the girls.
I'd have to say the place would have been more fun if there had been more guys/couples there getting into the action. Nonetheless, there was some discrete fun going on.
I'm curious about the Castle in Pattaya. Is it pretty active?
BTW, admission was 500/baht each (1 drink), 300 baht for each drink after that. No membership is required, but you can get one if you like (~15K). Previously, the first drink was 900 baht. What a bargin now.

Couple more bits to add to previous updates: opens at 5:30 but pretty slow until 9ish, and never seems to get really busy unless a group shows up to get cranked. Lady drinks are 250/each so the place gets spendy if you're not careful. "Loaner" black shirts are available for customers arriving out of dress code in the wrong color. Much tamer in its present incarnation... does not seem destined to survive in its present form, but who knows.

The place is still kicking... in fact was reasonably busy when I took one of my GFs there last week. We got comfortable on one of the sofas in back, with two CaveGirls for companionship.
