If you walk down the patpong soi with Foodland on it, Foodland on your right, walk about half way down the soi and then duck in behind the bars on your right to walk down the narrow path out the fron tof all the bars, half way down there on your right is Pinnochio, been there only once, didnt look set up to be a BJ bar, and there were several Katoeys present. It's still there - and although the quality is not great the LB's are upfor it.
You can find the bar parallel to PP2 on the left (if PP1 is on the right) - in a small lane. Blink and you'd miss it for sure.

About directions it's better to walk from Suriwong, go on the side of Pink Panther / Pavillion Place / Thai Room and you are near !
I was there around 11PM and 8 girls and 2 LB there.
