Guy4525, If you are a Cambodian (as u said somewhere else) so I would highly recommend you to show another face to the world that you agressivity... May I recommend you that your country needs to build its credibility. I really do not think that your attitude will help; and do not tell me that you do not care a shit because you perfectly know that people do not come in Cambodia because of Cambodia, but because they have a few days to spent off their trip in Thailand, Vietnam etc...
And do not tell me that "I look down on Cambodia" (the favourite reply from Cambodian when you critize them)... for sure, I am a "barang" (foreigner) but I live here for more than 8 years, speak Cambodian etc...
Instead of insulting, be more positive; show people that they do not know anything about Cambodia (which is true most of times); that this country is fast moving and there many things to do here !

4.2m tourists visited Cambodia last year

A total of 4,210,165 foreign tourists visited Cambodia in 2013 against 3,584,307 in 2012.
In 2003, by comparison, Cambodia received only 701,014 foreign tourists, earning US$347 million. Ten years later, earnings from the tourism sector shot up to $2.5 billion, according to the data.
In 2013, Vietnamese topped arrivals with 854,104 visitors, followed by Chinese with 463,123 and South Korean with 435,009.
Japanese tourists placed sixth with 206,932.
The statistics also showed that 871,646 Cambodians tourists travelled abroad last year.
Siem Reap province, which is a gateway to the Angkor temples, received 2,237,286 foreign tourists last year, or 53% of the total.

New US$100 get the best rates (none at all with a 1996 date), and you can get all the smaller bills you need when you exchange them. Just make sure you can spot counterfeit.
If you were going to Myanmar it would be all sizes under $20, and $100, and crispy new with no creases or fold marks of any kind to get the best rates, and in most cases to even get them exchanged, but Cambodia isn't as strict. They just want large newly dated bills, or gold.
