I don't live in Bkk, and hence only been to tunnel 20 - 30 times over the last 2 years or so (thereabouts). It's possible I could've missed those nice house sessions (d'oh!).
I think Tunnel's modest popularity probably has been more a function of the lack of competition.
All in all, it is a great room, with lots of potential for an imaginative operator who is focused on creating an enjoyable club experience.
The current operator seems to have done nothing out of the usual since openning. Probably earning a good wedge anyway and is comfortable. Maybe I'm just a fussy clubber who has been spoilt with having had the fortune to party at some of the best and worst (hehe) clubs around the world.
RIP Tunnel, bring on it's succesor and some competition.

Yes girls do like Hip hop much more than house or electronic music in general but saying there has been 'poor quality pussy' in Tunnel is obviously wrong.

Usually spoken by guys who are unable to get some.
I have been wondering what the next genre of music will be. There does not seem to be any new type on the horizon so we are stuck in the Hip Hop vortex.

Tunnel should be back to normal within the next few days... Most likely will be open Friday though everything can change at the last minute

Well you will have to wait 1 or 2 weeks more for Tunnel to open... Things getting back to normal around sukhumvit area and Patpong though

Without getting into details, most problems have been solved as recently as yesterday with regards to the clubs in the Sukhumvit area. Otherwise only 1 issue remains to be solved and we will be back to the good old days
