No, unfortunately there isn't anything like that. You can get bits and pieces of that kind of behavior, but not all in one package.
E.g. you can go to one of the BJ bars if you want women who are not shy about showing their bodies and having various types of sex in front of the crowd. But you don't have the nice decor, big tubs, nice rooms, etc.
Or you can go to Eden where the girls do nothing in the open and you spend no time hanging out downstairs absorbing the atmosphere, but the girls are completely uninhibited in the rooms upstairs.
Or you can go to one of the upscale massage parlors, e.g. Poseidon, where they have a nice restaurant and a parade of beautiful girls and good rooms (some with whirlpool baths), but everything is done in private.
I agree that something like a FKK would be great as it would combine the best aspects of all three of the above. The sleazy openness of the BJ bar, the service of the Eden girls and the upscale facilities (and more attractive girls) of Poseidon.
One other thing you kind of miss in Bangkok is the wide selection of girls you get in Europe.

I enjoy the extremely wide selection of THAI girls available here, immensely, and do not miss any other sort of girls at all. Thai, Thai-Lao, Thai-Chinese, Thai-Indian, Thai-farang, Thai-you name it.
If I did I'd probably be where they are, whoever they might be.
Instead I am perfectly content here.

The FKK clubs are all over, but mostly in the north and west, I believe.

and look at the links for F**k Fest XXX .... I don't know anything about the dexterhorn website or their tours, but I recall those reports being very enlightening the first time I read them. There is probably more info on FKKs at www.worldsexguide.org. If searching on the web you want to make sure you have to be careful because FKK can also just be a nudist spa (which is very, very different!).

Have been to Germany for business recently. The best and probably biggest swinger and FKK club is called Atlantis. Acoording to their own statements they are even the biggest club in Europe. It's not far from Frankfurt/Main.

When I was there, there were about 50 to 70 chicks. A few blonde stunners. Average girls rating around 6. There's a large pool, a sauna, and a huge garden area. They charge you € 100 to get in. If you want to bust a nut with one of the girls you have to bargain directly with the girl. My impression was, that there goes not much below € 100.
Talking about Germany, anyone should check out the Frankfurt redlight district close to the central station. It tops Hamburg and even Amsterdam by far. In one building I've seen around 20 katoeys. Those Germans are screwing them even without knowing. That's probably because the average German girl farts in bed and has breath smelling like Bratwurst.
