I am planning to stay in Krabi (Ao Nang) after visiting Bangkok and the North, someone knows how is the nightlife there? Infos about bars, go-go, escorts and freelancers?

your lucky, there is a small bar scene in ao nang!
it is a small alley from the main street, the beach road.
The first night I didn't know, but second night I played
pool with a guy who had a thai girlfriend with him...
he gave me the directions...
I must say, there where only like 10 bars in that street,
not a lot of pretty girls but a was able to found one
and we had a hell of a time!!!! barfine only 200b
the girl 1000 for whole the night!!
have fun there! I did!!

Nearest place to heaven and I am not talking girls. For about 500 Baht you can hire a long tailed boat and do all the small islands. Slowly walk into the sea on 'chicken island' and you will be surrounded by fish of a thousand colours !

Or take a longtail (leaving regularly from the south end of AoNang) to Rai-lei Beach, about 20 minutes. No P4P scene, but it's a topless beach (nudist at times) and is heaving with young backpackers looking for love.

Was there just past October, stayed at a place called Ao Nang Princeville Resort, $1400b per night. Great rooms breakfast included great pool across the street from the beach and about 2 small blockes from the night life (what there is of it). I stayed there to catch the frerry to Phi Phi, mistake, it stops to let preople snorkle and if you're in a hurry take Krabi ferry. They blow 1 hour splashing around.
