I know this is a really old thread but when I went I stayed at Sai Kaew Beach resort. Beware there is Saikaew resort and Sai Kaew Beach resort. They are right next to each other but from reading website review Saikaew resort doesn't sound that great.

Does anyone know about the price of Lima Coca, Coco resort? I've seen many postings of it all over with pictures and no reference to cost and actual location. Looks pretty nice, depends on cost and location.

I stayed at the Lima Coco last June, think I paid around 2500 THB a night. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere quiet as there's very little else around there, just another resort on either side and a quiet stretch of beach. The busiest day I counted all of 6 other people on the beach besides myself and the girl I was with.
There's a bar and restaurant in each of the 3 resorts but thats about it other than a small snack bar by the beach and when I was there everything was shut by 11. Perfect for a romantic getaway with your tilac but if you want something a bit more lively then give Ao Prao a miss.

Try "Tub Tims Bungalows".
Pretty nice for a bungalow, since you pretty much just sleep, shower, and f*** in them anyway.
oh and use the toilet.

while on this place can I take my car on the ferry like in samui ?
i heard there is a fallang surcharge on entry, about 200 baht for a fallang, so what about a luk krueng, wpould he pass as a thai and pay the lower or as he has a big nose would he pay same as me. uhm
also is samed villa good for a night with familly or is there better ?

No...no car ferry.
200B is the entry to the National Park.
I paid the Thai rate by showing my Work Permit, in fact they asked me if I had one before I even got it out.
