Hard to pick, you have chang mai s hotel plaza (in house amusement hostesses, and paler freelancers in bars then southern sisters and a touch of naieve. The rates good. You have the adventure of khon kaens siftons nude kareoke, and again cheap 4 star breaks of the bangkok pace. The hunt in chang rai with regular but keen disco girls. The phuket pace, and cotrasts that exist also. Bangkoks bright lights and menu ala carte in uni students at cm2, the best looking models, the clubs (eden takeaway) Nanna, soi cowboy/ and the soapies. Then theres pattaya. Zillions on tap, huge buyers market for diamonds in the rough to superbabies, and a good seafood town. Sea breeze and prefered pace. I have to say, that its worn me down, and though it has its problems, has become my haunt. But action place only, far north is where the peace is at.

enough tip will work wonders everywhere. the speciality of the 'sofitel hotel' karaoke is that all the girls are willing to do a sexy dance, song performance on 3 songs if you tip them something like thb 500 and up!

It's a tough question to answer as I like to spend a few days in as many places as possible. I like Phangan as it's dead cheap and chilled, but doesn't have enough p4p. But if I was pushed to choose one place over all of them, I'd have to pick Pattaya. Mainly because it pretty much has everything a man needs, and won't cost you an arm and a leg.

The VERTIGO bar at the Banyan Tree in BKK.
Yes, I know it is not really a "destination" as in Koh Tao or Pattaya.
But the 360 deg views across and around Bangkok in late afternoon as the sun goes down and the lights come on across the city.......
I can see where I have spent so many years, reminisce about drunken nights and people I have met. I can point to where I first lived in Bangkok and turn round and point to where I now live. I can point at where I got hitched.........
Bangkok is still the place to be and the Vertigo is the best place to look back at it all.

I like Phangan but its fastly changing. At the moment I can still go spearfish some nice grouper and snapper and have them grilled while I kick back in the hammock. With all the new dive operators popping up and there hatred of spearfisherman Im sure it will not last much longer.
Kanchanaburi is beautiful and definately a place where I would like to have a house one day
Angel Witch ranks up on the top of that list as well.
