I am now in CEI, staying at the wonderfully named RimKok Resort, no problems with GF just a bit out of town.
The pickings are a bit thin on the ground but it is available without too much hard work.

These gogos are nothing like Soi Cowboy or pattaya etc

they will either have a book full of numbers, or they will take you to a house
the Coyote dancers are higher, since they are f***in' fabulous looling and usually very young

trouble is, everywhere you go for night life in CR you run into the same people

Can confirm sperm club * (in same road as the MP attached the hotel) is called that.
There are beer bars in the Temple street and 3 go go bars also.
But I like Big C ground floor where the Beer stall girls rush you to buy their label.
Phone numbers are easy.

Bus to Mai sai Burma /thai Border is worth the look.
Prices are very low.
One hour away.
Phan 75 minutes to south on a friday night at the Devil club disco will see you being only Farang (LT is 500)
Chiang rai is best for getting Non P4p.
The discos like sperm and rapid and hotel massage girls are best.
