I just visited Hua Hin this week.
With my SO so no first hand action for me.
Walking around slowly at night after dinner I saw several streets lined with bars.... one with Lolitas. [This is near the Sofitel Centara / Hilton Spa & Resort / City Beach Hotels] The girls I saw at 7:15pm all sitting out front of each bar were very nice indeed. I saw several very cute girls, many sexy ladies, and.... legs, legs, legs.... everywhere. I am sure everything was for sale judging from the looks I got passing by.
True, you do not have the selection of a Pattaya or Bkk, but if you go out early you should find happiness for the night no problem IMO.

I have been to Hua Hin several times, always at high season, in January or February. I donīt know other places in Thailand. I found always a cute Bargirl in Hua Hin. I think, the service is not as professional like in BKK or Pattaya, when I compare to reports in this forum. But the girls were always very friendly and offered at least good GFS. And I think Hua Hin is a great place to be for playing golf and definetly a good place to relax.
