- Every time I went, there was NO entrance fee - even on nights when "famous" DJ's like Nakadia played (eat your heart out Glow!).
Guess you been away long time.
last time Nakadia played at glow girls got free entry + 1 free drink and guys was 200 baht including 1 free drink.

Does anybody have a recommendation for an apartment (studio or 1 bedroom) in the 15 - 20 thousand baht a month range anywhere on the island? (preferably on a month to month basis)
or maybe a real estate company familiar with Samui that can assist?
A friend of mine is interested and I thought maybe our little network might have a lead or 2 for him....

I didnt want to start a new thread and didnt see the "Samui Update" one......
It is a long time acquaintance and to answer your question, I would say he is a good guy that will no doubt get involved in some "riff raff" shenanigans during his stay 
I posted on "Living Here" a week or so ago about the situation and he asked yesterday if I had gotten any apartment leads and so I posted again on one pertaining to Samui..but nothing yet....
the stuff he has come across via the net are in the 35 to 50K a month range, which is a bit high for him...
Any tips are appreciated.....

cheers I will pass that on, but I found this place today on craigslist of all places and the guy got back to me right away and said he had others to choose from......

this is right up my friends alley, but he wants to stay at a hotel for a week or 2 and check around...but feels this is the leading place...and it looks pretty damn good for $375 a month....
nice...as I will plan a week (mooch a place to stay lol) in samui with him on my Feb trip
