Does someone of you have some information about massage parlours, pick-up bars or discos in Udon Thani? I am staying there on my next trip and it is a bit difficult to get some real informaton about the "scene" there.

A couple of details from a recent trip to KK
There is a soapy MP quite near the AC bus station may be the one previously mentioned, but slightly hard to identify - It is a large green building with black doors on the east side of thanon Klang Meuang - the second building north of the junction with Thanon Ammat - good selection of ladies at 3pm - friendly no hassle service 1000-1300 baht
Kosa Hotel also had several ladies but prices somewhat higher at going up to 2100
In the evenings my favorite disco Zolid seems closed - the newer happening spot is Rad Pub on Thanon Prachasumran - It has unmissable large red neon sign and is just down from the excellent and cheap restaurant Didine. the Rad has at least 4 'zones' (ie separate areas). One with a live band, one with a hiphop disco, a gay zone (not investigated), and a coyote bar with attached karaoke. No entry fee (beers 100B) and quite crowded on a tuesday night from 10pm onwards. In the coyote area the dancers are simply stunning, a lady drink is 180B and will invoke a short 'lapdance' for one's benefit - the girls are somewhat pushy asking for frequent tips etc. The bar fine is 1800B with further negotiation thereafter, or you can adjourn to a karaoke room for 150B again probably with further negotiation for services. I didn't partake but really enjoyed the show (and the live band with 2 girl singers next door was good).
On the same road there are several other smaller clubs/karaoke places that I didn't investigate although some try and grab you as you walk past in a very pushy way. Walking back at 2pm was offered company from one on the corner (blah blah bar) but at 3500B - it seemed likely these were rather overpriced and perhaps aimed at the japanese market.

Last Survivor and I visited Barrafish in his bar a couple of days ago. We had a great time playing pool, discussing the forum and Udorn and had some great hamburgers.
Barrafish is a wonderful host and will treat you as you would expect to be treated in a good bar.
The beer was cold and the hamburgers were great. For you Yanks though, Barrafish puts beets on the hamburgers. Order it without beets and you are good to go.
Noi sanuk, to get to JingJoes bar...Start off from Makro on the same side of the street. Proceed towards downtown and, just before you get to the first U-turn, you will see a yellow signboard advertising JingJoe's bar down a side street. Turn left and proceed down this narrow soi for perhaps 500 meters and it is on the left. Lots of available parking for a car or bike.
Seek and ye shall find.
