I have heard that Hua Hin is tranquil. But as long as it is still Thailand should not I presume that I will be able to get either MP or massage in room? Of course, I am talking about full service.

Yes, you can. Just take a map available for free at any hotel and call the massage services available. I did it once. However, it was an awful experience.
I requested a full service and the manager agreed. The customer has to pay the "Oil Massage" fare (B/.600/2 hours) and 'extras" up to a personal agreement with the cutie. He said ALL his ladies provide, upon request, "extras" either at his place or at the customer's room.
The woman that knocked the door at my room 25 minutes later (Marriott Hotel) was a 30+ woman with a face only her mom could love. I gave her 200 baht for the taxi and politely declined the services. Maybe you can be lucky. Forgot the name of the massage shop....but I reckon there were 4 advertising in the Hua Hin maps available at the reception of any hotel.
Then, I tried the smallish Soi in front of Hilton (ex-Sol Melia Hua Hin)....not bad selection of girls. B/.300/bar fine and not more than B/.800-1.000 LT. This Soi is crowded with beer-bars. Te only one I could see in that area. Cheers!

Forgot the name of the hotel on the corner of
the road approaching the Sofitel, go down the
right hand side of the hotel and there is a side
entrance leading upto a small MP gold fish bowl
Was there 4 weeks ago reasonable selection
THB1,500, decent rooms. Probably as good as
you wil find in HH.
