Nope.
All you will find is Traditional Thai Massage (wink, wink), with MOST, but not all, offering 'extras'. Many of these consist of 1 big room, with plastic tarps separating massage pads on the floor. This limits the extent of the 'extras' on offer.
If you speak Thai, there are a few more convenient settings in Na Thon, but these are mostly for locals. Pretty rudimentary, but workable.
Samui is not yet another Pattaya (thank The Cosmic Muffin), and doesn't attract the same clientele. If you're looking for BKK-type action, better go elsewhere.
I personally hope it never sees a soapy. Much too nice a place...
There IS, apparently an Eden-like establishment in Chaweng, but I say "a pox on them"...

For what you seek, your only option is your own charm and wallet: find two willing participants, and bring them to your room.

I was on Hat Bo Phut in April just relaxing. There are women to meet and enjoy the pleasure of their company. I chose not to go to Chaweng or Lamai but will do so next time in January. thanks again for thr insight. Cheers!

I like Bophut, too, but my favorite is Maenam - not much there, but a couple of good beach restaurants, a great view, and a nice beach. My kind of heaven...

Next time your on Bo Phut stop by Billibongs. Meet Kirk, Pete and Poppy. I was there one night the place was full of falang female expats working on the island, about 20 and all beautiful. I love them all TG's and falangs, it was like paradise.
And what some of the posters say is true, you can meet many TG's that just want to have fun and not so much a business thing, very laid back.
