been through this before. yes there is p4p on koh phangan. it is small yet available i was there in off season but there were at least 10 bars with services available but not in hadrin. but it is still better to grab a girl off samui and take her on the ferry

A bit of a harsh generalisation to say the only girls at the FMP are "fat".
I met loads of beautiful farang girls there and was gutted I couldn't take any back to mine (I picked up a fungal infection from a TG, thus was out of action for 2 weeks  )

There are some TG's from Samui who work the crowd on the full moon party nights.
I always get a laugh at everyone frolicking in the water at 5 or 6 in the morning. The very same water that everyone has been pissing in all night and which the onshore breeze has kept in the bay.

At age 49, I felt like the proverbial bacon sandwich at a Jewish wedding visiting the FMP of Sep 2004. Drifting off from the 18 yo Thai GF a few yards, my hand was taken up by a 40-something TG, so you wouldn't have to make too much of an effort to score there.
