I want to begin a good workout program as I bought this expensive Polar Heart Monitor and want to use my holiday to gain a healthier momentum in my life. I heard Universal moved some place not convenient. Where is Gold's Gym? Is it a good one? Please let me know. Thank you very much!!!!!!

You might try Tony's Gym on Third Road. It is well equipped and the staff seem to be friendly and helpful (no, not THAT kind of friendly!).
This is not an advert for Tony's as I don't like his disco.

hi there is a gym on bech road round the soi8 and soi9 area its right on the fron of beach road.no idea of cost but it seems to be quck busy when I have past.only 2 weeks now and I will be back for my 2 weeks of pleasure
