I am planning to a visit in November and have not seen any info about these two cities in the forum and wanted to know if anyone had any experiences or info on massage or other places to meet girls.

Sara buri fairly small and quiet - in all Thai towns there will be a massage and/or some action, but generally in the very small places, you will need to speak thai to make much progress.
Nakon Ratchasima is of course a much better bet, plenty of Nightlife, disco's,massage parlours, and a huge new shopping Mall, where Im sure you can pick up some locals... of course most info will be posted under the cities more common name of KORART.

Here a little overview
Hotels
1. Rachapruek hotel: I stayed there several times before having my own place. 1500 THB/night check in for a corner room. you can have a tuktuk in front of the place that will take you to anywhere in Khorat for 50THB close to the biggest branch in Thailand of 'The Mall' shopping mall. A lot of US fighter plilots stay here, when in town
2. K Stars hotel has discotheque, coffee shop and massage parlour within the complex,it is right downtown, rooms are not as good as Rachapruek, has HBO room around 1200THB. You can have drinks in their lobby until the mornings comes
3. Chao Praya hotel, also down town has its own outside beer garden and a japanese restaurant near by. Beer garden has hallo girls that are good to go
4. Sima Thani hotel located at the boundaries of the city, with Irish pub (have not been there myself)
MPs
1. My favourite is GINZA, which is close to the Chao Praya Hotel in Jomsurang street, friendly,attentive Papasans which limited English, but always goods choice
2. MP in the KR Stars hotel entertainment complex, which is also good
3. Pegasus MP is in the hotel with the same name and used to be good, have not been there sveral years
I would NOT recommend the street walkers in Khorat, most of them drug addicts.

I gather what your talking about are virtual Sez slaves, and yes, again most cities have, but its not apath I would advise a farang to take ; Most in house TGs are either working of a family debt for the mafia/boss, or drug addicts in debt, so by and large the service is not great, and if things turn nasty at all, your on your own and in strife.
Good summary Shark - haven't been to korart for a while, but I enjoy the place ; probably as far as farangs go to have a good time in I-sarn, I would rate it #2 behind Udon Thani.
