Popular 10 - 15 years ago, then shunned of late owing to the Arab/Eastern influence there, the 2am closing time clampdown has seen a revival of late at the seedy "Grace" hotel, on Sukhumvit soi 3. Owing to certain loopholes in the laws, [ an integral part of Thai law !] being a Hotel, the Grace is able to remain open after 2am, hence all the girls from the Bars, Nana disco, Thermae coffee shop etc, who still have not got an earn by 2am, or what yet another "Short time" are now converging in the downstairs coffee shop at the Grace. Regardless of what she tells you, you will not find any girl there on her "first night out" .... still, if the urge/need arises after 2am, its probably your best bet. Another hope, with better girls, but mostly catering to Thais, is the Siam Hotel, on Petchburi rd. These girls are often young and very pretty, but mostly come from the adjacent massage parlour after work, by and large will not speak English, and will want 2000bt, - this locale is in effect the Thai mans Thermae. - If you are unsure about approaching a girl inside, ask a waiter, they will let her know your interested, but many of the younger, or more desperate ones, just wait outside. Not a bad place to sit, Thai food cheap, as is Beer/Coffee, but you really need to speak some Thai.

The grace "downstairs" coffee shop is open till 3am + however you need to be desperate ! - basically only two sorts in there, the "Needy" and the "Geedy" - better off to get to the Nana hotel by 2:05 and claim one of the hundreds standing in the car park wondering how she's going to buy her "somtum" tomorrow !!

Forget the Grace after 2.0 p.m. !!!!!!. These Girl usally are ot good looking. I fetch some beer on the supermarket on the sukkumith, looking for ladies from the Thermae and sometimes I sleep alone after some Singhas. Mai pen rai. Johnny

I donno what about you,but for me "Grace" is good option.It's boring there,but if your aim is to find some f*** for tonight is just perfect.Place open till 5-6 am.Most of gals want your money,but some will go for free.Just get arround,drink and smile.Sometimes u can find funny and interesting farangs to chat with.

I actually met a girl at the Grace that I ended up hanging out with periodically for points in time during my two weeks in June (at one point her and I spent 3 days in Pattaya). Not beautiful and not ugly but at the time personalities clicked nicely. Upon returning home this young lady has called multiple multiple times and left dramatic e-mails - to the point where I had to say "please dont email me anymore - take care". I concur with thaiprivateeyes statement of the "needy and the greedy" may be found at the Grace.
