Hi,
A friend of mine got back from a 3 week holiday. He took a trip to Rakiavic (sp?), Iceland and raved about it. He said it was dark the entire day, but the clubs, restaurants and women were very nice.
I am pretty well traveled myself, but never would of thought about Iceland. Then again before my first trip to thailand I would of never thought about it either 
I was just curious if any members have ever been, also I wanted to get Dubai off the top of the thread LOL!

Its Reykjavik...
Many moons ago, while working for Uncle Sam as a contractor, I hand carried and dropped off some real special equipment.
I stayed on the USAFE base there but was turned around in under 48hrs so did not have time to venture outside the base.
But I did not mind it was November and quite chilly...
Not too exciting from what I was told. Beer was supposed to be quite expensive off base. I wish I had checked the place out now. Maybe they do a nice Snow Balls Massage...

I was in Emirates first class lounge in Dubai early one morning and there was only one other person in there sleeping under a bundle of blankets in front of the TV. Anyway I sat near them to watch TV and dozed off myself.When I woke up I looked around and it was Bjork sitting next to me!.
Can I genuinely now say I slept with Bjork ?

It was a Thai reporter Bjork beat the crap out of at Don Muang. The reporter just said "Welcome to Bangkok" and got beat to shit!!
Have had lots of friends who have lived id Iceland, Many liked it very much!

February 19, 1996, a reporter named Julie Kaufman rushed to Bjork and her son, Sindri when they arrived at Bangkok International Airport, Thailand. Then all of a sudden Bjork jumped at the reporter, caught her by the hair, and flung her on the concrete floor.They say she had been completely exhausted in the live tour and in a terribly bad mood. The reason of this accident seems to be the poor sales of the tickets for the Asia tour and the reporter's sudden approach to her son who Bjork had been protecting from mass media. Later, Bjork apologized publicly with a public writtern statement. For Kaufman, Bjork herself apolpgized to her on the phone.
