Houston is better than Dallas, the clubs are bigger & cleaner, the girls are younger, more like spring break feel to it. Also in Houston there is a Vietnam Town, never been there but was told definitly some action there...good luck !
note:many hot SEA girls at Uni Houston, they hang around down town, i think the name of the place was Bob's Pier, not sure.

Once you're near down town Houston just ask any locals, I was told it's next to or in down town, chok dee ! Also many strip clubs near airport.
