@idem: yep right, no sea it's land-locked. sea freight coming via karachi or bandar abbas. i'm working for a shipping & forwarding company not attached to any of the armed forces. we only do the transportation for them and other organisations in Afghanistan.

you would not believe this! there's p4p in Kabul! Chinese girls!
We've got 2 chinese restaurants here and they also have about 15 girls (each) offering their services.
100-150 USD for S/T inside (rooms over the restaurant) or 200-250 USD for L/T at your place. will try one of these cuties and let you know outcome!
2 weeks ago 3 of the girls "working" were murdered (heads cut off, typical afghani style) by afghani men. they were walking out of the restaurant and got pushed inside a van. 3 days later their bodies and heads were found on the road to bagram road.

Assuming one treats the torso as the center of attention, decapitation does not increase the number of available holes - it simply relocates one of them.
Although, it certainly straightens out the avenue of approach. Removes some pointy obstacles too.
I would tend to think of the head as a secondary player, due to the lack of direct connection. Sort of like...
