Hope this helps but I am not positive since I do not live or frequent that island. As far as I know there is no MP's there, however there are what they call hostess bars where the girls drink with you. Now I've been told that you can negotiate some side action. Good luck to you.

B's Recommendations
1) Haleakala is worth the visit.
2) Don't take the road trip to Hana if you get car sick easily. And really, there's nothing to do in Hana once you get there.
3) Avoid altercations with local blokes at all costs. Beauty and brawn (and 'buds'  ) are more valued than brains over there. Do the research, Hawaii consistently ranks in the bottom 5 of 50 United States in standardized test scores and educational programs. So if you find yourself about to be bloodied by a mob of 130kg Hawaiians, remember they only have about an 8th grade education. Trying to throw money or reason your way out of the assbeating will not help.
4) More options to be had on Oahu for P4P, not necessarily better, just more.
5) Don't expect to pay BKK or PI rates for P4P in Hawaii.

60 - 70 $ will get you a hot white skin thai short time, believe me it is worth it...lol.
if you prefer big ugly brown they can be had for 24-30$...lol

Spent last week in hawaii.
60 years after the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, they can claim victory over Hawaii.
All the shops, hotels, restaurants, even the girls walking the streets of Waikiki are interested in catering the Japanese.

have to agree with RiceMan
but I usually focused on TGs in Hawaii
gets them wet when you can speak Thai to them, and tell them how they stand out like a swan among the geese (and they do)
P4P is mucho expensivo in Hawaii, because the JP guys have wrecked it by throwing money around like confetti, as they do here in LOS
70% of the FLs speak JP, and most won't let you f*** them properly
the housewife/student TGs however want to get nailed good and proper, what they're missing at home
best way to spot a TG is their Buddha necklace, oh and their Singha T-Shirts, 555
I do love the look of those Polynesian hotties though, but they can be some real bitches
