Age is getting to me.......I postedhalf the reply and came back for the other half.....
If u're in Jakarta, go to Mc D's (in an area called Thamrin, Sarinah), U cant miss it. best time to frequent is lunch time. Lotsa students there. Sometimes u dont even have to pay anything. The gilrs there speak english - quite reasonably well.
Try the BloK M area in the afternoons. Lotsa married women cruising looking to give foreigners a good time. And this they do, not for the money, but mainly to get relief outta their husbands who believe in the patriarchial (i hope i got the word right) system, where the man of the family is always right. Try it - take them for a snack and then short time. Some are pretty, some are good and some are pretty good !
And the best place I've found is Bandung - the World sex guide calls it the best kept secret in south east asia. Its a good 3 hour train journey from Jakarta, but worth it. Cooler, less polluted and less crowded than Jakarta, the girls area always friendly. Its just another university city and never a lack of girls if u go to the BIP (Bandung Indah Plaza) mall. Pay 200,000 Indonesian Rupiah - that's about US $ 20/= (short time, long time, same thing). If the girl is treated well - good food, movies, hand in hand walks.....who knows, she wont even charge you !!

even i am living in bangkok i can confirm that i am very attracted to the beauties in indonesia. especially on the country cities such as bandung, yogya or surabaya they are usually damn hot to go out with a foreign guy. most of the time it is free! in general indonesian girls seem to speak much better english than their thai sisters. indonesians have been colonised so it seems more easy for them to adapt to other languages and ways of thinking. this is clearly a positive. i would also say indonesian girls are more horny and better looking than thai girls also dress more appropriate. the only thing which turns me off is the religious (muslim) way of some of the girls. had one praying for her sins in my room every night after performing, not really pleasant esp. when you get a wake up pray at 5:30 am!
being in jakarta try the usual well known hang outs for foreign guys such as blok m in the day, hard rock cafe, retro, bats and esp. tanamur and jj's you'd be surprised about so many available chicks!
Forget about Bali unless you really like culture and beach life. Too many tourists -> not many girls, all pro and not so easy going as in Jakarta or other places!

can not comment on batam as i have never been there. but jakarta is probably the go for variety and stylish girls. same like bangkok everybody from upcountry is trying to get lucky and make it in jakarta. so you probably get more stunners in jkt. the price tag for a girl only lt is very variable freebie (when she enjoys staying with you) to about us$ 40-50. all depending where you pick them up! a girl in a disco would be certainly more willing to go for us$ 20 then if you pick somebody in the upmarket bars/clubs like bats or retro.
i do not have any experiences on threesomes in indonesia but i suspect potentially not that easy as in thailand because of religion!

Yeah ! Jakarta ia a great place to be in, but better still is Bandung. Not only for the chicks, but also forthe weather and the food. And its less polluted.
Jakarta seems to have the touch of a materialistic city...gals are materialistic and money oriented, but Bandung, tho' just a 3 hour drive away is better.
Cant say about Batam, cos i've never been there and probably never wanna go either.

sure, i agree with you on bandung. but i am usually only flying into jakarta doing a bit business and enjoying the "even more" cheap nightlife compared to bangkok. So for me jakarta is already a much better deal than bangkok, for sure knowing that out there in bandung or even further it is still much better but to remote for a quick 3 day trip!
