Macau: cantonese is the most common followed by english and some have gotten better at manderin--but still not the main spoken language.
LT here is not cheap if compared to PI or LOS but still cheaper than say HK.

P4P in Macau is very much open and readily available anytime of the day. They don't give a damn if you play it discreet or not. Never heard of any issue with authorities, neither are the hotels. I've brought girls back to Hotel Lisboa without any problem. As you speak Mandarin and English, I don't think language is an issue either.
In Macau, P4P girls are more used to ST than LT. I would be more concerned finding a LT providing good service.
BTW, P4P in Vietnam is the exact opposite. Authorities and hotels are big issue, but the Viet girls are very passionate and pleasing.

Interesting info on Macau. A Macau/HK stopover sounds perfect since most flights going out of NY stopover in HK anyway. Any of you guys know of any good sites or forums I should check out for more info on p4p in Macao?
knowntender, the Hotel Lisboa looks fantastic. How is it as far as location is concerned? Close to the action?
On their website, it says "*Charge for Extra Bed/Extra person HKD/MOP 250.00". I take it the hotel is not GF?

Haha, dt, it's quite funny to ask whether Lisboa is or is not GF. It's like asking if any Nana gogo bg's are bfinable. Lisboa is the KingWhoreHouse in Macau. All the girls hanging around in the basement shopping/eating area are FL's from China. They will take you up to their rooms upstairs in the Lisboa Hotel ( yes, they ARE the hotel guests in a way).
