lux, I agree they certainly do not "squeal" (not sure what AVs you've been watching), but all of my JGFs, with one exception, when they were especially excited or our sex was especially vigorous, would let out these delicious little staccato yelps as if they were slightly in pain, and quite unlike anything I have heard with another girl. And more akin to AV girls who are actually enjoying it (the faking is always easy to spot, on video or in the massage parlors in BKK).
These JGF pleasure/pain yelps were not especially loud (none of them were what I would term a screamer), but it was very different from TGs, who, IMHO, make pleasure noises that are more akin to western girls than my JPGs (and one Korean I can think of). The latter make noises that mostly come from the upper respiratory area and head, like they are all tensed up, whereas a TG's sounds come from closer to her diaphragm, with a more open mouth, fuller sound, like she is opening up.
And if none of this sounds familiar to you, so be it. We all have different experiences and generalizations always have lots of exceptions.

The yelp that you refer too doesn't ring a bell, but I do remember a quick gasp of air which, slightly modulated by a whine of unsatiated pleasure, might sound like a yelp, although a rather subdued one. And yes, this could have been done in a short rhythmic series.
I wonder if there is some organization out there -public or private(it doesn't matter to me) that would fund our ongoing research. It is clearly an important and understudied subject.
