It would not be so easy to find out massage parlours (specially spanking) as said before in this forum (Arramsay and Almaty) that sex is illegal in india and the massage and spa services were introduced recently in indian cities. But if you are to a real spanking look into the newspaper, where you can find classifieds/advertisements under health section offering private massage. Call them and fix the deal. Apart from JktGuy being a total loser... here is my experience...
Mumbai is overcrowded. The average person does not seem to care for the place... blah blah blah.
BUT...
If you are hanging out with the lowest rung of the society, you will get what you deserve.
Basic observation in India:
Poor people are dirty.
Middle class is clean. Most are very nice people.
Rich are cleaner! But they consider anyone (including farangs to be dirty.) Sort of reverse racism, I guess. Honestly, they look down on "whites."
There is pretty much NO P4P for people like JktGuy. But you can find it, very expensive. Go to the dance club at Hotel Taj. I guarentee you will get educated stunners who actually can connect to you intellectually. Cost: $300 whole night.
Actresses DO NOT go out with guys for money. I met this nice actress, Pretty Zinta (indeed very pretty). I've never met some one so smart, dashing and sexy in my life. I love her, unfortunately she wouldn't give me a second look if I asked her out. I only wish India was like Thailand when it came to models/actresses.
Yes, the average guy in the train station smells, but you have to realize these guys are from the lower echelons of a very hierarchial society. Much more so than Thailand. But it is not at all difficult to spot people who we would consider "average" & educated. These people can be spotted miles away, clean clothes, proper English (eventhough with accents), and alas the way they treat their country men of lower status.

From what I have heard from my new Indian collegues are: DO NOT GO FOR P4P in India. Most girls in the red light district are smuggled from Burma and Nepal. They are slaves and treated terribly.
However, if you come across as charming, etc. etc. (hence no chance for JktGuy) then you could hook up with regular girls. I spent some time (3 weeks) with a nice girl who has a Masters degree in Computer Science. She is Punjabi, recently divorced, only 23! Alas, NO BJs. 8. Mumbai has Beer Bars, but non-Indians are not allowed. They are very scared of the cops and they don't want any hassle. And the scene isn't sanuk like in Thailand.
Yes India might be dirty, but what fun is it if it is shrink wrapped like Singapore.
